I think I was too quick to think my floor was in good shape. I installed some T8 lighting fixtures and the floor really looks it's age. Various stains and a previous sealant of some kind. Looks like more research on preparation or going with tiles. Thanks for the welcomes.

I'm from Northern California. I have a garage (home) with 50 year old concrete in good shape (no cracks, sealer or oily spots). I was looking to add epoxy of floor covering while it is still empty. I've been reading the flooring section for a bit, but wanted to join and see all the pictures.
