Indeed. That's way high. you can get a 10x20 car tent, and modify the ends for airflow with fans and such, and you are in business for under $1k.

Revisiting this thread, I'd say that this is good advice. A CO2 monitor would also be a good and cheap preventive measure as well.

I'd buy two things: A hygrometer and a dehumidifier. The dehumidifier will be useful now to rid your space of moisture, but also in the summer when it gets humid. I have these two items in my shop, and the dehumidifier works really well when it gets swampy. No more rusty stuff in my shop! Also...
