    I made ~20, paid with PayPal and didn't have any canceled. I actually got tired of ordering and stopped about an hour before the code was deactivated. Gal at the local store said they got 150 orders and corporate said there were 85,000 nationwide before they stopped it. Only an $850,000 mistake!

    Grabbed the bottom, they didn't have a top anywhere nearby. Guy said they ordered more the day before though so they should be getting another shipment soon. Hopefully it's still the same price. Ship to store is no longer working, says the top is no longer available online.
