    Snap-On line wrenches. Which style?

I like the RXS open end/Flare combos more than the double Flare end wrenches. It does mean having more wrenches for a "full set," but the open ends are useful for their increased speed of use. There are also the no longer in production RSXS style, which are a speed open end/Flare combo that I...

Some yes, some no. Up until recently, they were all made in Spain. As far as I can tell, currently, the wide mouth variety are Irega, but all the others ("C" models) are made by Snap-on in the US.

Snap-on TED50FU - 3/8" Drive 600 inch pound dial type torque wrench. This one is special because it has a dial on both sides, so it can be used upside down. I'm not sure when this one was made, but likely 1970s or 1980s.

I got used to it almost immediately. I thought it would be a big deal, but it ended up not being one for me.

Another Tekton Protype MTR4 Tool Roll

I signed up for the text notification about this yesterday, got the text today, read it, went inside to look at it on the computer and it was already sold out. I spent more than a few moments trying to figure out which sockets and wrenches and such it came with for $180 before figuring out that...

    Deep Socket Broach Depth

Partial. I've seen reviews of sockets on Amazon and such where people point out the partial broaching and claim it's not really a deep socket because it's only partially broached. What would you be using the "bottom" of the broach for?

Got the 65" long handle for the Snap-on 1" drive ratchet. I don't have the Snap-on L873 head, but the CAT one is the same. Here it is on top with the Snap-on 40" 3/4" drive and 24" 1/2" drive ratchet below. Snap-on 3/4" drive and 1" drive ratchet and breaker bar comparison.

For some reason, I thought it would have torx, metric hex, and SAE hex instead of triple square. I'd like some SAE hex nano outside hex sockets. I guess you can't please everyone.

I'm not sure, I've wanted these for a long time because I thought they looked cool. I've found myself wanting ratcheting open end wrenches very few times for sure, pretty much only when a socket can't be used because of some obstruction. I don't think Snap-on has made them in 20 or so years...

Got a torqometer I've been after for a while, an EMD Electro-Motive Diesel torque wrench. It's a 200 lb-ft 1/2" drive wrench and came with this fantastic wood crate and a few accessories - a 1/2" drive 5" long Snap-on extension and a few ratcheting adapters, perhaps for working on EMD 645s...

    The Milwaukee addiction thread! :)

I think it'd probably work fine. I change oil on stuff with it when it makes sense to do so. There may be reasons that its not ideal, like that presumably the M18 pump was made to move only water. I was in the milwaukee ecosystem already, I got the pump cheap, and it worked reasonably well...

    The Milwaukee addiction thread! :)

I've really only run petroleum stuff through it, so I'm unconcerned with the minute amount hydraulic fluid or 15w40 that may get into an axle. I let the current stuff run for a moment to push what remains of the older stuff out. I've heard of people cleaning them out with water in between...

    The Milwaukee addiction thread! :)

I used my M18 transfer pump today to pump some 85W140 gear oil into an axle. I've pumped plenty of hydraulic fluid, diesel, engine oil, gear oil, etc with it over the years without too many issues. Today, for some reason, I had trouble with the output side being pretty turbulent and foamy. My...
