I don't think they'd cover rainscreen plus full replacement. I was leaning towards replacing all of the sheets that bowed, say, more than 1/4", and then doing the rainscreen to smooth out any smaller variation. Once I find a carpenter I'll get their advice, may also get the structural engineer...

I finished fascia yesterday, and had it sheathed today. Easiest 3k I've spent this project so far. The guys put all of the OSB up in 3-4 hours.

TJI's are done! And here's the dropped section I designed for the curbless shower. The shower pan will start flush with tile, and slope down (away from the camera) to a linear drain at the other end.
