I know that you can custom print logos and art work on these tiles, but have you had experience with placing floor decals on leather or textured tiles? I'm talking about the heavy duty printed floor decals common on store floors, outdoor concrete, ect.

Rent a 2" core drill and pop some new holes in the concrete. Use high PSI grout or post set mix to anchor the new posts and you're done. You should be able to get the posts, grout and rent the core drill at Home Depot. Or call the fence guy......this is what he will do.

I consider myself a Harbor Freight fan for many things- but just can't bring myself to think that a $15 clicker torque wrench is a good tool. For not much more money a good beam type gives me much more peace of mind if money is tight. Use the Google and understand what what measuring the torque...

Tonight was a full 72 hour cure on my test patch. I was able to pretty easily chip the coating from the edges with a scraper. More importantly, after heating the patch to 160 degrees I was able to peel the coating up as shown in the attached photo. Justin- it seems like a fail for my floor...

But if you do a full flake and clear top coat over the RB- wouldn't that mitigate any lack in pigment continuity, hide and gloss appearance issues.... and you would get the benefit of a much easier prep? I am looking seriously at a full flake RB job to avoid the grinding and minimize the time...

I plan to apply a test patch of RB- about 1'x1' and after it cures, attack it to failure with a variety of vectors- scraper, heat gun, ect.

Here are some photos of the entire floor, and some of a water test at different time intervals- times are marked on the photos. For the test, the floor temp was 83 degrees, the ambient temp was 82 degrees, and humidity was 42% I have a sample of RB and will apply a test tonight.
