Mixed up my first batch of Ardex and started filling my control joints and hope to finish them tonight. I may have to run my handheld grinder across the seam just to ensure a smooth transition. How long should I let it cure before putting my primer down?

Great job on the floor!! How much of the FA did you use on your final re-coat? 1/4 can per gallon or less. Have you had a chance to see how it feels with water on the surface?

I didn't fill the control joints yet but went ahead and but down some degreaser and rinsed several times. After it dries, if I still have some dust, should I vacuum and rinse again or powerwash or what? Emptying the garage is getting old. Wish I had a storage container.

How would you recommend coating the floor beneath the post corners? Have you seen any wedges that have been used to lift the post off the ground with enough room to roll underneath? I've considered using a piece of angle iron with the point down to minimize contact. Looking for ideas.

Even if it fits on a transport you'll need to make sure your lift post are shorter than your garage door opening. I can move mine around in the garage but can't roll it outside due to my lift height.
