I'm pretty sure that .00 items do not drop to a penny, only .02 and .03 automatically go to a penny.

20% of the retail value for the thieves, 15-25$ for the returners, -- then sold gift cards at 70% off face value? seems like a pretty crappy return for all of that work if he's only keeping <10%... just sayin.. he'd be better off flipping, or buying new stuff with gc and flipping that.. scumbag!
