Thanks guys for the very quick reply! Plain awesome! I have never heard of LFA Amyot before. Are there any drawbacks of converting a non-SDS machine to SDS? The Metabo is brand new and I don't want to destroy it this early :)

Thank you. The idea looks good. Do you use LFA chucks? Are they good? And are they made in the USA? Or are they imported (maybe even from Germany where I can find them)?

Thank you Monte! Now I clearly understand the difference between SDS and non-SDS machines. I am not mad at the Heller drills, because they work very well. Do you have any clue where they are made? Just out of interest. Your tips cost me money :)

This is exactly like my 1/2" Stahlwille No. 52 sockets looked like! Plus mine are rusted. Three times used... I received an answer from Stahlwille. They won't replace mine. As a sidenote: My Stahlwille tools tend to rust more easily than my other tools. Unfortunately as much as I like ratchets...

I own some old Heyco wrenches and a set of maxline wrenches and must say that although they are heavier than Hazet, they are at least as good. Especially the maxline wrenches. They are in my opinion the best wrenches that I have but they can't do the job in very tight places.

I have ratchets from many manufacturers that are based in Germany (I mean Made in Germany) - Belzer, Elora, Gedore, Hazet, Stahlwille - and I must say that the Hazet ratchets are very good. To my surprise the ratchet that I use the most is the =146747,136230,136231,136232,140956"]1/2" Gedore...

Thank you  I am going to renew my locking pliers. Monte posted the beautiful Facom T5.L not long ago... but it is too pricy. Or can I buy them from another company of Stanley Black & Decker? I would love to buy locking pliers from Grip-On, because they are epoxi resin coated. But Elora...

But it costs more than the CP and the Hazet. (On a forum I found this: "Made in China by Ingersoll Rand, Designed & Engineered in USA"...
