This came in the mail today. It's a Wagner safe-t-planer. Turns your drill press into a thickness planer. It will be used on the $85 craftsman 15" drill press I got off Craigslist on Sunday. Sent from my current location.

I have the opportunity to pick up a used 14" bandsaw from a co-worker for......FREE!!! The only drawback is he said that the motor doesn't work, so I'd have to replace it. I do what I can. They didn't use a planer to thickness the pieces I had, but got the job done.

The dust collector is rated at 2hp. It is a harbor freight dust collector. The cabinet shop I purchased it from had just switched to a central vac system so was getting rid this one.

So while visiting family recently I made the bad decision to check craigslist in their area. I ended up with more than I planned on. Here's my score for $80. They also thickness sanded some wood for a couple projects for free.
