I would have to disagree with ya also, unless space doesn't allow for it. If you buy a new car and keep it in a garage...it will last for a very long time. Let it set outside and it won't last long. I built big so space allows for my work and room enough to park the cars/trucks and the toys. :)

That flex dryer pipe makes me cringe! A friend of mine lost a 150K house and everything in it last year due to a little 3 foot piece of that pipe!

Cool garage, like the rustic look. My Mom bought a 55' Buick Special new, it was a great car that I learned to drive in. Many fond memories of the backseat of that car.

The pic of the early 70's Chevy truck, is it yours? If so could you please post some more pics of it? Interested in how it was built, is it your work? As for your shop, it would prolly be easier to take the roof off and build the walls higher and set trusses and do a new roof. I liked that...
