how much quieter is it now cause my compressors loud and was wanting to do something like this did it cut sound in half?

hey sams what do you have in the plastic containers im guessing nuts and bolts and etc.

i have lower quarters,outer wheel wells and mini tubs to weld in my car so we will see if it last that long plus im going to make a welding cart :) my supplier is about 5 mins down road so if i run out i can be there and back with new tank in 15 min

i built a 24x30 few yrs ago and the depth was 24 and i have enough room for bench and barley to walk around if you plan on parking a full size truck in it you might want to rethink it. i wish i would have went bigger on mine but oh well the house is up for sale now so dont matter anymore. mines...

thanks larry not sure on the welder just was wanting to get some wire ran b4 i get insulation and sometime in future the dry wall up. my electric panle in garage gets it power from house. the panle in house is 200amp and in garage is 100amp.
