That may be the router accessory kit for that drill press. The old books say the head could be installed upside down on the pole under the table to be used as a router/shaper. Still haven't forgot you, I have been crazy busy but your package will go out asap. ;)

It's got a mouse hole. How heavy is it? Any markings? May be a cast iron anvil.

I'm clearing out to really get started. Big thangs happenin so stay tuned. IDK if I have ever seen the cast iron base, mine has a stamped steel - welded base. It's still heavy. I picked mine up from auction for a few hundred but it needed a gear box and drive joints for the table feed...
