    Ask any common homeowner in any mall setting and they will answer Craftsman. The average guy knows nothing about truck brands so I can see how they come to that conclusion. That said, I quoted the same paragraph before seeing your post.

    This^. I tried denim work shorts from several brands and they all shred within a year or so, I have a couple pair of Dickies 874 from 1998 that still wear almost weekly. All of my best lasting/wearing work pants and shorts are standard Dickies from walmart.

    I would buy the most complete set of sockets and a few ratchets in all 3 common sizes, complete combination wrench set in std/metric. If you use impacts or the other end of the spectrum, torque wrenches, go ahead and get them as well. You'll need a couple pry bars, hammers and of course screw...
