Hey man...not sure what textured plastic you're talking about? A pic would help, im guessing its probably a type of vinyl though. They probably still look nasty after they dry because the ARE dry lol. Sometimes cleaners can dull out vinyl or plastic. I use Meguiars #40 to dress vinyl interior...
