It's too easy just to remove the ballast and rewire the tombstones for LED tubes. I did both lights in my garage in 15 minutes.

One of our production areas-turned-warehouse space had it around the entire 150,000 sq. ft. building. It was painted around the same timeframe. I see it all over the internet in shops, home garages, etc.

I needed casters that size last year. It was cheaper to buy that dolly than it was to buy the same sized casters.

Yep. Move them to the top. You can probably take the front off of one of the damaged drawers and use the remaining portion as a roll-out shelf. Lista sells roll-out shelves and fixed shelves for their cabinets. You may want to keep an eye out for replacement drawers. I see them from time...

I have a ten foot stepladder that I only use a couple of times a year. It's on some hangers, lying flat, about 8" from my garage ceiling. I put my folding tables on top of it. My ceiling height is about 8'6".

I've used Greased Lightning on the walls of my grandmother's old house. That's some good stuff. Or use whatever else has potassium hydroxide in it.

Looks just about right for either a 3.5" or 4" pipe flange based on the tape measure and depending on whether it's type 150 or type 300. If the old owner was anything like my dad, ANYthing could've been mounted there on a piece of pipe.
