Infinity Impact sockets - Large Metric

For $99, it doesn't seem like that bad of a deal. They are CR-MO so that is nice.

Mine also arrived. Not a bad little hammer IMHO. Remember, not everything made in the USA is awesome and not everything made in China *****.

    TEKTON Double-Faced Soft Mallet $6.95

In for one! Great for quick use when you don't care much. If the heads loosen up, just a bit of silicone should fix that.

Looking into buying an older Snap On Tool Box

As someone who has restored one of these boxes I can say they are really nice little boxes. I have found that vintage USA boxes from Snap-On,, MAC, Matco and Cornwell are all over the place on value vs price. I restored a complete Mac MB1500/1510 boxes. They came out great even though they...

    U.S.A. made vs German made

I prefer USA made tools for the most part but I have a smattering from all over. There are exceptions though. If I need to torque it, then always USA or European. My primary 1/2" drive torque wrench is a Britool. Thing is awesome and never goes out of spec. My smaller wrenches are all CDI. If...

    OSB Wall/Ceiling Queations

So I used 7/16" OSB on my 16" oc walls. Never really had an issue with the slightly shorter length. All I did was make sure I had a spacer I made up at 1/16" to make sure I had that little bit of expansion. Been over 10 years now and zero issues. I did prime and paint it so it looks pretty good.
