I am working at a Milwaukee dealer that is much smaller than HD. But a free tool came today as a rebate. It has a void decal over the bar code. Since it came from Milwaukee stock, they had the opportunity to label it. When HD gives a freebie from THEIR STOCK, that opportunity is not there.
