check out the floor plan on page one and part of it is and part of the wall is not. If I was doing it I'm sure I would have used up the roll that I had opened at the time and switched to the other. Shouldn't really matter either case.:headscrat

Walls may be interier and some are outside or exterier walls. I think the supplier just had differeent brands for the stuff used between floors. Yea I went back and looked and the walls without facepaper are not on the outsidewall. There's an entry and stair to the second floor behind that wall.

seems like there should be another row or two of bricks above the windows and doors on the back side of the building but it matches the original drawings you posted at the start. Guess they will put the brick trim in when they do the facia and soffit work.

You had posted earlier that the siding was hardi board. Is it a 4x8 sheet or are you overlapping boards to get the board and batten pattern?

It appears you purchased the vacant lot to the right of your house and this addition actually crosses the fence over into that land. What's your plans for the rest of the lot?

Re: 70 Yr old couple building a barn (garage/workshop) I like what I see here and plan on building something like this for my motorcycles and a mancave setup. Like a bar, pool table, and other good stuff. I hope to start it in the next few months since I'm about to retire.
