    I will be keeping 2 cars in the garage as more HOA rules don't allow cars to be kept in your driveway unless you have more vehicles than spaces.

    If you had $4,500 to spend in a 2 car 20 x 24 garage, what would you spend it on(flooring, cabinets etc...)? The garage is new with fully sheetrocked walls. Will be used for general maintenance on 2 cars and a workshop. I have the tools I need.
