    Garage with loft under 20ft high

    Had same situation with my 20 x 30 build last year. Full loft put me above hieght restriction for the city I live in. And it was measured halfway between peak and eave. Had to apply for a variance. Cost me a few hundred and was able to build what I wanted.

    Propane gas works better than traps. Used it years ago on the farm. Tried traps but had to beat the foxes to them in the morning. Propane will kill all the moles down the hole not just 1 a night.

    Iron worker price

    It comes with all the hole dies from 1/4 to 1 1/2. It doesnt have the option for the 12'' break just a notcher on the back end. Only one die for the notcher.

    The machine is like new. No damage that i can tell. I knew the welder who's estate sale its coming from. He didnt buy that long ago and it was never used for any production work. And it has seen very little use. I cant find any prices online for new comparable machines.

    Forgot to mention what i did it called a hot roof. No soffit vents or ridge ventilation. Seal it up tight and circulate air to get rid of humidity.
