Well that's an interesting development - the app wouldn't let me post a picture in my reply (it said that I didn't have permission???). Anyway it looks like it will let me post it here... Sent from my SM-G950F using The Garage Journal mobile app

    Between 485 & 705 SQ/FT Bob Heine's Auto Emporium

I try not to even think about carrying drywall sheets - I did more than my share when I used to drive a truck delivering the stuff (the off-sider and I often had to carry it sheet by sheet to wherever the building contractor wanted it placed - often up multiple flights of stairs). The gripper...

You could be right Shorty, I've caught the same masked-intruder a few times. Thanks for dropping in. Sent from my SM-G950F using The Garage Journal mobile app

I know what you mean Bob, only yesterday - I was in the process of putting posts in the ground at the front of house to attach some shade sails. When I went to the shed for something, I sensed that there was a disturbance in the force - the stitching had let go along one edge of our original...

I've been working on quite a few projects, but haven't taken many pictures. Although the security cameras have caught glimpses of this shady looking character... Sent from my SM-G950F using The Garage Journal mobile app

A tale of two sheds (and other distractions along the way).

I've been missing from the GJ again for a month or so - life has just been very busy (both at work and at home). I actually made a tiny bit of progress to the shed... Some make-shift shelving on the back wall... Sent from my SM-G950F using The Garage Journal mobile app

When I got home from work today I couldn't help but notice how brown the "lawn" is getting - looks like I may have to do some watering tomorrow. Sunny days look nice, but we could do with a drop of rain... Sent from my SM-G950F using The Garage Journal mobile app

That all sounds like good advice Andy, I only discovered folders relatively recently (before that, I had to sift through thousands of pics to find the ones that I wanted). I'll give your folder management tip a try, some of mine are getting large-ish. I reposted same "crawl space pic" (that I...

A tale of two sheds (and other distractions along the way).

Hey Hewey, ideally that would have been better, but I only had one day available. I had to move a lot of stuff to gain access to the eaves and the under-stairs area. Then the downstairs part of the job took quite a while to get the cables up to where they had to go. By then, the sun had been...

A tale of two sheds (and other distractions along the way).

Yes Bob, in hindsight, I must have been barking mad. [emoji12] It was the first chance I'd had to go in there since before Christmas and at present I have temporary cables running around the house (I get the impression that my wife might not be entirely pleased about that arrangement) - so I...

A tale of two sheds (and other distractions along the way).

It was actually quite a task to get the cables to that point - they had to come from the downstairs study (that's where the base is) via a tiny "window of opportunity" under the second step from the bottom (it's about the only place between 2 studs with a relatively clear run top to bottom)...

A tale of two sheds (and other distractions along the way).

I spent most of last Sunday running cables for some extra security cameras - one camera will be about 200 feet from the base (hence my need for a joiner). I completed all the "inside" work - which sounds like the easy part, but it was no picnic - it was more like a BBQ (with me getting cooked...
