Some blackened seasoning, grilled over hot coals (like a caveman) and salmon is yummy good. This evening I grilled pork chops over the Lidl charcoal, they too were good. I'm going to buy more charcoal tomorrow, hope they're not sold out.

This isn’t Parkside but Lidl has 15lb bags of charcoal briquettes for $5.49/bag. Does anyone have experience using it? I cooked salmon over it last night and heard no complaints of bad taste or anything.

I'm typically on my Amazon Fire tablet. I'm unsure what operating system this runs, it just runs. I wouldn't think Amazon would want to block me from Amazon sites.
