I slowed next to a guy on the highway 2 days ago, Yelled that his compressor ( big dam compressor)had come loose on his gooseneck and was moving around at will. Nothing to keep it from falling off. He looked back and saw the strap hanging and nearly ****. That could have easily killed someone.

When I lose tools like I have my mule come a long,kershaw ,stryker light ,etc, I just try to think of how good the guy finding it will feel. It helps hide the pain. Found a pair of vise grips holding a muffler bracket one time .Welded the bracket and threw the grips in the bed of his truck.

Over the years I have found guns and cocaine in wierd places , but if it is in the car I just leave it alone , or kick the gun back under the seat.

I always use a mag lite to insure coordinated turns.......:scared:

Another thread made me think of the many tools I have found under hoods ,in fender wells etc. My favorite prybar ,I found in 1981. Found some good ones in the street also. What have you guys found.

My sebring is pushing 415 hp and that is too much power........it is naturally aspirated and I can burn the tires off at nearly any speed. The fun in cars like this is going quick , not fast .
