Yea wasn't thinking clearly at the time, just wanted the transaction done so I could gtfo! Wow didn't realize Dewalt gimped this saw that much, might as well buy a 10" slider if that's the case, but it'll do til I find a better deal on a nicer saw. I wouldn't buy the HF saw after seeing this...

Please do a followup post if you diy the hinges. My only critique is the walls are a bit brittle, one of the pieces broke off and crumbled in the package.

Yup, picked up the last one at my local HD and have it mounted on a Ridgid miter saw stand I bought on black friday. Big time upgrade from the Craftsman 7 1/4" miter saw I had.

Ego mower down to 1/2 price, pretty bummed I wasn't able to get the Keter shed at $250, every store that had it was full price, none in stock at clearanced stores.

I did online for store pickup, then stacked a 20% Q when I came in. $80+tax for that Ridgid brushless driver/circ saw set. Did the same for the Ridgid brushed impact driver + battery set, $30+tax. Ymmv of course.
