Yesterday I finished the carpet in my Jon Boat. I got two signs for my garage for Christmas! "Dad's Garage" and a replica Shell auto sign. Plan on hanging those later this Christmas day, its 17 F outside right now. Merry Christmas!

I am the kind of guy that would rather work with my own tools than barrow off someone else. You can go a long way with any of those tool sets. Later they can become your home set while you fill your work box with the high end stuff. Your not talking about breaking the bank here either...

I know this is pretty small for some of you guys, but it replaces my old two drawer on my tool bench. Ball bearing slides, I like it for $29. Boy that old craftsman wrench could use a cleaning!

I order this 4" Crescent from McMaster-Carr a couple months ago, it is made in the USA. I carry it in my pocket and use it just about everyday at work, next to my Leatherman its the most used tool I own. It might look like a toy, but it has proved its worth many times over for me.

I have a couple of favorite screwdrivers, but it seems like its the tip that makes it right for me. I don't know that I pay the grip much mind.

A guy I work with does this, he said it works great for him and it freed up floor space in his shop.

isopropyl alcohol is what we use at work. Works great, in a spray bottle.

I opened them and put them in my box, they look just like the ones I carried in my tool belt in the 80's. I am pretty sure I will be happy with them. Got a couple of projects this weekend, maybe I can put them to use.

Package says made in the USA. Maybe that's why we are loosing the battle. I will review them later this week.
