As someone who is recovering from back surgery as we speak, I would suggest getting a 1/2” cordless impact gun in your favorite color with a 6 or 8 Ah battery and hang the breaker bar on the wall as decoration. Your back is not getting any younger.

How far is HD from your house? Home Depot and Lowe’s rent trucks for a reasonable hourly rate. I bet the cost of a trailer will rent quite a few Home Depot runs. And you get the bonus of not trashing your car’s transmission by towing a trailer.

I think that is because you bought the US version screwdriver but the Japanese version bits. The JIS bits have a longer tang than the US versions. You can get the Japanese version of the driver on Amazon for about $40.
