    sheet metal cutting odd shapes

They are 3" when new. They get smaller in diameter with use. I save the worn down ones to use in tight spots. Overall, an air angle die grinder is much more compact than a 4 1/2" electric grinder.

Snap on new or used and warranty

The Snap On warranty is to the original purchaser. If you are a regular customer of a dealer, you can expect good warranty service. If you are someone like me, who bought a lot of Snap On tools off the truck years ago, but not a regular customer anymore, you are out of luck.

    4X6 Bandsaw Blades

I've been running the Bosch blades from Lowes with good results. I've had my saw for about 16 years and have cut miles of steel with it. A few months ago, I lost a lot of teeth off the Bosch blade and went to Lowes to buy another. They were sold out. I went to Harbor Freight and found they had 4...

Recommend me a 4.5" angle grinder

I use the variable speed all the time. I can slow it down for really good control when I just need to remove a small amount. I also like the rapid strip discs for removing paint and mill scale. They have a really short life at high speed, but last really well when run slow.

    Airtools: other than China COO?

I like Ingersoll Rand air tools. Even though they are now made in China, they are most definitely NOT the same as Harbor Freight air tools. They are a quality tool. Just like Milwaukee tools are now made in China, but still high quality professional tools.

Any reason to keep electric drills? Have battery and air ones.

1/2 Dewalt for drilling larger holes. I also use it for mixing thinset mortar, grout, drywall joint compound, etc. 3/8 Dewalt gets used when drilling a lot of holes, especially in thicker steel. Sometimes use it for mixing paint. Best to have options.

making a living with value tools

I was at a store in a small strip mall yesterday. The end shop had an overhead door and the sign said it was some sort of equipment company. There was a bobcat and a track hoe parked on the side. I noticed one of their guys welding on a trailer in the parking lot with a 120 V Harbor Freight MIG...
