Well pump accessories are on sale in a few stores around me. Was able to get a lot of cheap fittings, pressure switches, check valves, etc. Still kicking myself for not getting the 1hp well pump at the start of the year when they clearanced them to $98 or something.

toilets are a very easy penny find in the rafters but it's tough to get the minions to pull them down. I've gotten them anywhere from .01 to $33. I'd avoid Delta toilets but that's just me.
