    Well it's happening...my 48x60 build

Correct. Gradual slope begins 8' from the center of the drain. Took the boy for a stroll in his wagon. He approves. Sealer has been applied and lines sawed. Super Diamond Clear was the sealer used. Untitled Untitled

Help programming VFD for my Benwil TP-7

The OP's VFD he ordered is a single phase in/3 phase out, but not in the same sense as a phase converter that supplies constant 3 phase power source. They aren't interchangeable, they're for 2 completely different purposes. The VFD he ordered can be used for his lift, but not in the...

    Thermal breaks

I considered an in-ground hydrant but didn't want to trench under my slab or around the perimeter for more line. I also didn't want to have another buried splice (tee) as a potential failure point. So I'm going to run an interior water line to a through-the-wall style faucet instead. I...

Thanks! Floor drain. Used a router to cut the hole instead of a hole saw. Worked great. [url=https://flic.kr/p/Z1ZY1s][url=https://flic.kr/p/Z1ZY1s]

    Observations on screwdrivers

Snap On here. I came to this conclusion after stripping out many many Phillips head screws that held the float bowls on motorcycle/ATV/small engine carburetors out there. If one looks closely on the heads of these screws, a small dot is stamped. This indicates they are actually not a Phillips...

    Chasing wires for continuity

Yep, but unless I missed it, he didn't say what the wiring was. I had assumed it was NM-b but you know what they say about assuming. :shocking:

    Name this connector

    L10-30? Or possibly H30 Non-Nema.

    Chasing wires for continuity

What insulating rating do the wire(s) in question hold? 600V? Be careful what you hipot. You may inadvertently compromise the insulation

Color me surprised; I spoke with Menards today and they got my steel roof panel cut yesterday, it's at the store as of 8PM tonight and will be delivered tomorrow. That was a quick 2 weeks! :D The weather was nasty today. I'll try to get some pics tomorrow of where things stand. I know we...

Above 1200 Sq/FT Smart *** Garage, aka: It's finally going to happen

So now that you've been in your shop for a few years, is there anything you would do different? Not sure if you have covered anything previously in this thread, I read the first 25 pages or so. My shop is being built now and I'm contemplating spray foam vs batting. Looks like you really like...

    Well it's happening...my 48x60 build

Tentative concrete day is next Wednesday. Menards' local store GM told me 2 weeks to get a steel roof panel for the one they shorted me. I was told they requested a rush on it but it probably wouldn't help. I told them that was unacceptable but it didn't seem to do much. So, their corporate...
