Do those ones have a swivel lock? I found these urethane casters on eBay a while ago. The pedal not only locks the wheel brake, but it engages a cogged ring with a locking plate, preventing rotation so the table can't squirm around much at all. I tried to take some photos but they ****:

Even using the wrong spindle speed, I bet OP has managed to get those holes drilled by now.

The windowed model looks awesome when it's empty, but probably decidedly less awesome once I hoard it full of dirty used ball valves and a tangled rats nest of split loom tubing. It's just a showcase of sadness then.
