I have a polar air bought 10 or 12 years ago that I am happy with. The pump is Chinese, tank made in the states. The motor, weg, I believe is made in brazil. I bought it because it was one of the few reasonably priced compressors for a home shop that runs nice and slow.

Are you sure that is not the spec for a symetric lift? 11/13 is exactly what rotary specs for their symetric lift and 9/15 for their asymetric.

I have one of those cheap irwin vises that you can spin multiple ways on my welding bench to hold things at odd angles and on the first one the moveable jaw broke off. Irwin replaced it without drama.

It's really easy to avoid phones with proprietary connectors at this point-just don't buy an iphone. Everything else is usb c with the exception of maybe some really low end phones although I have not seen one.
