@Stedlin - what is your procedure for applying teflon tape (thickness and # of wraps)? And tightening fittings (e.g. hand tight and then 2 turns)?

Quality products and great service! Very happy with all of my Stedlin couplers and plugs. Disconnecting and reconnecting hoses and equipment is no longer loud nor a chore. I was previously using Dixon high flow couplers/plugs and they were SUPER hard to connect under pressure.

Soldering metal contacts onto batteries requires a LOT of heat in short bursts, similar to tack welding. Your average soldering iron is not going work. Good luck if you try though.

How about a horse stall mat? They're usually 3/4" rubber and for about $40, you get a 4'x6' sheet that you could cut up and use for a variety of different things - jack stand pads, floor jack pads, kneeling pads, etc.

Just figured out that you don't need to buy anything other than bungees to get the special price. Just make sure you add at least $25 of any one bungee. In doing so, it will apply the $2/bungee price to any/all other bungees in your cart.
