I think you may be overthinking the situation. EM fields are a real problem in industrial environments that use a lot of phase modulation devices. At home not so much. Throw them both in the trench and try to get the most separation.

Make sure the smaller concrete pump uses a 3" plus line. The smaller pumps can only pump pea gravel mixes. Larger aggregate plugs the hoses.

Zip ties that are cut wrong and are sharp. Every damn panel I work in I get cut. I spend the time to make my panels cut free, until some dumb dumb decides to throw another tie in there.

You could set the time off delay at what ever time you want. They usually go to 99 hrs max. The idea is that you hit the button it starts the compressor. Then after whatever preset time expires the compressor is electrically off. Press the button and it will start back up.
