    Craftsman Wrench History 1945-2011

Great documents, very helpful. Just a comment on this line: "=V= : Moore Drop Forge/Easco 1948-c.1969 (On very small sizes -V- or -V was used, but no model number.)" None of the =V= ( or =VV=, or V=) wrenches have model numbers on them no matter what the size is.

Post up your Powr-Kraft and other Wards tools

Is your Dunlap set different from mine? Your photos show rounded edges I think.

Post up your Powr-Kraft and other Wards tools

Don't know why I never thought to do this before... The small Wards drawers and the small Dunlap drawers are identical except for the drawers and the logos. The larger Craftsman drawers are a different design all together.

Post up your Powr-Kraft and other Wards tools

Not in the best of shape, but I am always happy to find more Powr-Kraft stuff. These ratchets are some of the best I have. I am assuming they were made by Wright based on the handle which matches the wright breaker bar.

    Craftsman Screwdriver Evolution 1950-2017

Interesting to note that Wilde Tool is still making that same cotter pin extractor in Kansas today under their own name. Some interesting information and photos on their site. https://www.wildetool.com/about-us/timeline/

    Craftsman Screwdriver Evolution 1950-2017

@Lesserstore I have a new one for you - just got this in the mail today. Vanadium Circle P cotter pin extractor. First one I have seen. Should be manufactured by Wilde, ca. 1945 - 1960 from what I have read.

    Craftsman Screwdriver Evolution 1950-2017

Here is the Flex Spinner from the 1949, 1954, and 1960 catalogs. I would say yours is the one from the mid-1950's.

    Craftsman Screwdriver Evolution 1950-2017

Trying to square what I am reading with the photos attached. WF on top, but the bottom one I assume is 'Circle F' but it does not say 'Super Tuff' on it anywhere. I also have a large Vanadium labeled screwdriver that seems to be just 'F', no circle that also does not say 'Super Tuff' on it. I...
