    Could you just lay more plywood on top. Maybe spray some Bora-Care first, if there are termites in your area.

    There are some non-poison methods that could work. Mix half & half, plaster of paris with flour. After the rats eat it, it will harden in their stomach and kill them. I think another way is half & half, baking soda and flour.

    Why are spark plug tools 3/8 drive?

    I used a 1/2" drive air impact to remove a stuck spark plug. It was probably 25 years ago when my daughter got a 93 Ford ******, 4 cylinder, had around 150k on it.     New project, Craftsman Drift Breaker
