Doesn't look like a lot, but removed the old windows. They were old, barely opened and closed, and I prefer the wall space going forward. As it turned out, they basically weren't even framed in right. No sill, no header, etc. Moving ahead.

We got most of the strapping up today, and finished nailing in the collar ties. I still need to demo the walls on the left, and change out the support for the garage door. Still, not bad progress today.

Tomorrow morning the ceiling gets strapped.
