Ok, the reason I am asking is it doesnt close fully, so I was gonna send it in to get it warranted. I didn't want to make a fool of myself though! The logo looks a little off to me and I kept finding references to a japanese sk which caused me to doubt it's authenticity.

I was wondering if this wrench was distributed by the US sk company, or if it is wholly a Japanese wrench with no ties to us sk. Thanks!
