Yep a standard framing nailer will shoot up to 3 1/2" nails for standard framing. Or the typical 2 3/8" for sheathing. Porter Cable makes a great model that shoots and toenails excellent and is usually priced at $150.

My 25x32 is using a simple 10k window unit built into the wall. It has no problems maintaining a comfortable temperature. My shop stays closed up basically all the time and rarely even needs the A/C on.

Better yet take some pics and post em. I can tell you though that 22' deep is not much especially for a truck etc

Mine took much longer to cure than the suggested times. I was really worried at first but it did harden good after about a week. Much of the scratches you likely see are really in the glossy finish. Anything glossy will show scratches. That's about all I can add for now

I switched mine over and it runs noticeably better. Doesn't bog down as easy and spins up from a stop faster. I like it better.

I would recommend the Milton type V high flow couplers. They will make a noticeable improvement.

Try to find hoses with 3/8" NPT, it will help in the long run with your flow. Many of the good hose reels come with 3/8" hose and 3/8" NPT. I would recommend the Milton Type V High Flow couplers. They are all the same size where the couplers actually connect, but are available in 1/4" and 3/8"...

Well my used 95% furnace that I paid $100 for from a HVAC shop is a 75k and it has no problems at all with my 800'. You could easily use the 45k.

Most doors have a mounting track that is fastened to the bottom of the door. Generally speaking you have to change that whole mounting track to change the rubber style. Find the door brand then find who in your area sells it, they should be able to order a replacement.
