its so weird to me that kids don't want to learn and eventually take over a very profitable business. I work for a big oil company in ct that makes probably north of 50 million a year in profits and 6 kids want nothing to do with it. it boggles my mind

Re: First garage(s)! Realized its been a while since i updated this. I have done a bunch more. Replaces the shotty beam. Some new sheetrock some more paint little demo here and there. But onto the pictures. Home depot quality wood. Added a toilet. Ill do the rest of the room later...

this is great! I love the tile floor and have been contemplating doing this on mine as well. just didn't know how it would hold up. but seems like its fine.

great start!! I am in agreement with everyone and say paint it white now. once I did mine I couldn't believe how much brighter it was in there.

I can attest to flexilla hoses as well. I have 3 in my house and 2 at work. they are matco branded but same thing. I will never use any other hose again.. nice job on the wash bay that is very sweet. I was pretty much lost when you said gt3 than bummed without more pictures of it!!
