If you don't need parking for 2 cars, I would go 22' wide x 24' deep and center the lift left and right. I just installed a Rotary lift and they actually recommend a minimum 24' depth. Go with a single 16' door. You'll have plenty of room to move around the lift while rotating tires. Equipment...
