    Here's a few more before shots I found, panning the garage. This was just after we had converted from oil to propane heat. You can see the oil tank is gone, but the massive plywood/lumber rack is still there. The spot where the tank was became a catch all for junk.

    Oh, what kind of siding are you putting on? Make sure the builder starts the siding below the sill plate to further protect it. I'd also put on gutters to prevent water from splashing up on the walls..

    Thats a nice looking shed. About the sill plate, what's done is done. Since it sits higher on the stem wall, and there's sill sealer to prevent direct contact I think it will be fine. I wouldn't give it a second thought.
