My 2 car garage in Bee Cave TX

Yes. 73 forecast for today and 83 tomorrow Feb.11 - got to love TX winters'. But in all fairness to my northeastern neighbors who have blizzard conditions today - in the summer months the only garage times are 6am-11am after that the neighbors complain I am taking off too many clothes...:bounce:

    park bench restoration project

Thanks guys' I appreciate it. I mostly wrench - I've done a Jeep CJ7 restoration - but I'm new to woodwork and loving it - but spending money on new tools is always fun. I may have to sell a few guns to get a better quality table saw and band saw.

    park bench restoration project

great points Marc, Yeah - not making any money here. I'm retired. I wish I had a sandblasting unit. I'm at $84 for wood, 16 for the bolts and 1 threaded rod, I had the stain and the minwax poly already on the shelf. If I could sell it for $100 I would call it good - I'm going to ask $150. If...

    park bench restoration project

I got the park or patio bench out of the subdivision community dumpster 2 years ago and was just needing time to restoring it. Then need to remove the rust - lots of time spent with the hand held drill with brass wire wheel brush for about 4 hours over 2 days. Then primed the steel with self...

    Dan Smith's Dream Shop

I don't know what's in me to be so suspicious - I really wish I wasn't that way. But it looks like those tools in his cabinet have never seen any heavy use at all. The guy and the story is amazing and I agree - it was VERY impressive wall toolbox - nicest I have ever seen. The equipment he has...
