hi yes I think the bladder in the tank may be shot, if this is a sudden issue. You can use a tire gauge to measure the air pressure. If any water comes out that side you know its been compromised.

Circuit should be pretty simple. The limit switches (normally closed) are in series with the window up / down switch. The upper switch is in series with the up limit, lower switch in series with the down limit.
