I have a shop built 30x100 with a basement...and 15” spancrete and 4” poured on top of the spancrete..... We pull many large trucks in all the time to do maintenance on them......very strong floor....

FYI .... we've had this Nussbaum Lift for 10 years and it has worked Great.... Perfect for lifting Cars and Trucks and will lift Vehicles all the way up to our ceiling.......Great for Brake Jobs, tire rotations & Exhaust Systems.....works with our Catwalks better then a 2 post lift....

Thanks for the ideas.....I’m looking at buying a old building with a dome ceilings and like having the old truss and roof showing.....and thought black conduit for the lights and lifts would show as a nice contrast against the wood.....I’ve never seen colored conduit....but glad to here it’s...

Has anybody ever seen Black Conduit & boxes for sale .....or did they have to paint them before installation......??? I saw the exposed black conduit on wooden ceiling.......looked great 👍

I’ve had a white porcelain tile floor for 25 years and my guy’s mop it ever day ...... It has lasted and is in great shape all these years later. And yes I would do it again..... Once a year we use a floor buffer with a scotch brite Black pad and it is not slick and looks great....

That is nice looking.....and the effect I was hoping for..... Thanks for all the thoughts....now we need to justify the ceiling and polishing the floor......to see if we can get some of the money back in the future.....

Looking at buying a old building and the realtor said they were thinking about sand blasting the rafter...... I never heard of this?? Also he commented on Silicone roof.....never heard of that either.....?? I must have led a sheltered life for a while.....any input would be appreciated. KMP259
