When ever I have removed an anode rod a breaker bar would not do it, especially without a helper. Problem is the whole water heater wants to turn unless you have a gorilla handy to hold it in place while putting a lot of force into the bar. Impact wrench ................ no problem. Seth

Over the last year or so I bought a lot of Tool Grid from JBTools. They had the best selection and price by far. But it is not showing up in a search now. Hope they get it back in stock. It is great for screwdrivers too. Seth

WTB Wera 345 series VSM screwdrivers with multi component Kraftform handle. These are the parallel tip for slotted screws that have the 45 degree corners on the tip. They are numbered sizes #00 - #7. Interested in any / all especially # 2 and #3. Seth

The new version of Knipex 81 13 250 has two component gripping surfaces on the jaws. The blue part is soft grippy material. They actually hold unlike the first all red harder plastic ones. More surface area on the new ones too. One picture shows the new vs. old. Same pliers, the new jaw grips...
