I'm going with this. A friend uses something like this to clean up old cast iron cook where that he finds at garage sales.

I usually have one of these two in my pocket. The top one is a SOG and the bottom one is a Puma. Both hold an edge fairly well.

My mother had a 63 that I dropped the ****** in, one weekend when they were out of town and I wasn't supposed to use it.
