I'm a firm believer in drainage, especially with a 42" frost line. Less water, fewer future problems. Besides drainage pipe is cheap. Just make sure you backfill with good gravel or crushed stone. Good luck with your build.

Finished framing the center room and put a couple sheets of OSB on the back wall of one of the closets. There will be a layer of aromatic cedar on top of it.

Bill I went through the study guide and passed the on line test for both Technician and General. Just haven't got around to sign up and take the real one. Then I would have to start spending money.

I won't be one of those guys, maybe a couple grand into everything, could use a dipole until I come across a good used antenna. I have access to a small crane with 100 ft of stick, though I doubt I would want an antenna that tall.

Getting a HAM license is on my to do list ..... some day and will need antenna stuff.
