OK I forgot to add in the $28 in auction fees and tax. luckily a friend works 2 miles from the auction site so zero cost to pick it up.

Wound up with this Wilton C0 from auction. Really wanted, and Bid a Wilton C3 up to $750 then lost interest and settled for this 3 1/2" jaw C0 with pipe jaws. Pretty nice vise for $110.

Thanks Patrick I knew the starrett was a really nice vise but was not sure about the Wilton. I am hoping he hangs on to the starrett since it is from his dad.

A Friend of mine came across these two vises while cleaning out his father's barn. I am looking for any useful information on these vises. THANKS

Had this old aluminum oxygen bottle taking up space in the barn, thought I would try to make something useful from it. Might make a bell with the top, it seems to have a pretty nice tone to it.
