I cannot for the life of me remember what its called but someone makes a "putty" that you mold around cords to make strain reliefs. Hopefully this sparks someones memory here if no I'll keep looking. You can use it for making grips for things too.

EVERY time I do spark plugs I grab my dads bent handle blackhawk (probably 30 years old) and i just absolutely love it. I use it for oter odd situations as well but always for spark plugs. It would be my go to if it was mine.

If your going to do it, I reccomend reinforcing with more than just one peice of angle. Whether it be two peices spanning the cart or building a sub frame. I plan on adding a second peice of angle when it warms up because I have a slight flex when rolling over large obstacles. Its not enough...

The frames are stamped albion ind. and the wheels are cheng shin. They are obiviously chinese (maybe from HF?) I canno be sure as I acquired them from a dumpster. Sorry it took so long to get back to you.

Yeah im very aware of that. Thats why i extended the swivels out a couple inches to increase stability(and to allow them to swivel). I have some uneven patches on the way to the front of my house and it does fine on them. My top box isnt loaded to the top like most of you guys have your tool...
